Donations are usually processed within 1 minute. If you don’t get a confirmation email within 10 minutes, contact me via Discord or email.

2: Link your email to your client id so the server can match your donation to your account. This has to be the same email that you sent the donation from:

Troubleshooting

Before contacting me by email or asking in Discord, please check the following:

• Balance still 0? – Make sure you used the same email address that you sent the donation from. If you used a different one, the server won't be able to identify you.
• Error or code not working? – Did you receive multiple emails with codes? Sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes for an email to arrive. Be sure you're using the most recent one.
• No e-mail received? - It usually takes 1-2 minutes for the verification e-mail to arrive. Have you checked your spam folder? If you are unable to receive the email, you can use the transaction ID to claim your account.
• No access to email? - If for whatever reason you can not access the email you sent the donation from, you can skip the verification mail by entering the email + transaction id.
