I do not track your IP address during normal use. However, if the system detects attempts to cheat the free quota, that specific IP is stored in a "blocked" list for 90 days.
Any files or data you upload for processing are never permanently stored. This data is held only in temporary memory (RAM or swap space) and deleted shortly after processing is complete. A secret cookie is used to allow only you to access your submitted data and the resulting processed files.
If you make a payment, I store your name, email address, transaction amount, and country code. This information is required to grant you the correct quota, maintain your account, and provide a secure login method. The country code is specifically stored to comply with tax regulations.
Your data is stored in Germany and is never sold or used for ads. You can request to see or delete your data at any time by emailing me.
