Sometimes there's a queue due to high demand since several tools share the same server. Usually, it works after a few minutes. If it's still stuck after 10 minutes, something might be wrong (e.g., power failure, server crash). Please report it via email or Discord.
An IP is blocked if it participates in cheating around the daily free quota.
Enforcing the usage limit is of high importance to ensure stable access for everyone.
Consequently, the ban system is strict: attempting to cheat the quota - for example, by using multiple devices or switching IP addresses - results in an automatic ban.
Duration: A ban lasts for 90 days.
Access: Users with a positive account balance can continue accessing the daily free quota even from a banned IP.
If your IP is banned, you need to either pay or get a new IP with better reputation. Please do not email me to lift a ban, such emails will be ignored!
