Sometimes there's a queue due to high demand since several tools share the same server. Usually, it works after a few minutes. If it's still stuck after 10 minutes, something might be wrong (e.g., power failure, server crash). Please report it via email or Discord.
Some IPs have been blocked due to abuse—typically from users attempting to bypass the free quota by using multiple IPs or frequently switching API tokens. This often affects public proxies or shared networks.
If you believe your IP was flagged by mistake, try restarting your router to obtain a new IP. If the issue continues, please wait 24 hours and try again.
To prevent abuse, only users who have previously donated (any amount) and still have a positive balance can continue accessing the free quota from a flagged IP.
