Donations are usually processed within 1 minute. If you don’t get a confirmation email within 10 minutes, contact me via Discord or email.

Troubleshooting

Before contacting me by email or asking in Discord, please check the following:

Balance still 0? – Make sure you used the same email address that you sent the donation from. If you used a different one, the server won't be able to identify you.
Error or code not working? – Did you receive multiple emails with codes? Sometimes it takes up to 2 minutes for an email to arrive. Be sure you're using the most recent one.
